The tin glazed earthenware ball vase decorated in shades of blue with stylized flowers and three rotating cartouches with a mii, brown sailing vessel with a dark background. The bird sitting on a branche without leaves. Any influence by the war and occupied Holland by the Germans??? Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:

DELFT - HOLLAND  &  BK = 1941

Painter’s initials:  JM = J.C.W. Marijnissen 
Employment dates: 1920-1958.
