The small, rimmed tin glazed earthenware plate is decorated in multi-colours with the coat of arms of the State Gelderland surrounded with floral swags.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue with:

There were only 66 plates – Wapenbordje - made in the Unica – Atelier by Sanders, commissioned by Focke & Meltzer (Shops in Amsterdam & The Haque)
This is Number 15 of 66 plates in polychrome. They were made in blue, (FL 135 guilders), Sepia (FL 175,--) and Polychrome.  (FL 295,--)
