Very Rare Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Round Flowerpot / Cachepot - 1979

The tin glazed earthenware round cachepot  / flowerpot decorated in shades of blue with three large cartouches with flowerings and three small blue -coloured cartouches with a bird and standing on three feet.
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES - ROYAL DELFT
DELFT - HOLLAND  &. CY = 1979
Painter’s initials: GVK  = G.M. van Koppen 
Employment dates: 1971 – 1982
