Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Mantel Clock - 1907


The tin glazed earthenware large Louis XV style mantel clock decorated in shades of blue with flowering plants in a cartouche, surrounded with flowering  plants and other decorations. The lower cartouche on te belly with a view of the city Delft with the tower of the Old Church. Signed on the inside of  reverse  in underglaze blue for:

DELFT - HOLLAND  &  AC  =  1907

Painter’s initials: PG =  Petrus Johannes Gerbrands.

Employment dates : 1890 - 1931.
