Under right: naar F.J. du Chattel. After a painting by Fredericus Jacobus van Rossum du Chattel. (Leiden 1856 - 1917 Yokohama – Japan.) He painted a lot near the river Vecht in the state Utrecht. The rim with stylized flowers and leaves.
