Rare Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Commemorative War Plate - 1939

The rare tin glazed earthenware war decorated in shades of blue with a woman hanging up laundry on a clothes line outside under a tree in a roundel. surrounded with the text:
EEN IEDER VERVULLE ZIJN NAASTBIJLIGGENDE PLICHT.
OORLOGSJAAR 1939. 
(Everyone will fulfil the duty before him.)
The rim with floral swags and stylized flowers.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  -  ROYAL  DELFT
DELFT - HOLLAND   &  BI = 1939

Painter’s initials: AB  = Not identified.
