The center of the tin glazed earthenware charger decorated in shades of blue with a flowerbasket with flowering plants and dated on the front:
6 September 1898 – 1934, commemorating 40 years Queen Wilhelmina, surrounded with the text:
Wilhelmina Koningin   * Je maintiendrai.
The border with floral motifs and rotating panels with symbols.
Pelican pierces her breast with her beak, reviving her children below with her blood, the symbol for Caritas.
A Beehive with flying bees.
A Caduceus staff  with Minerva head
A Paint Palette and a wooden hammer for a stone cutter
The Holy Bible on a cross 
With Orange coloured edge. Symbol for the Royal Family of Orange
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
