The tin glazed earthenware plate commemorating the birth of (crown) princess Beatrix, the first daughter of the crown princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard. Decorated in shades of blue with the standing Dutch lion holding a spear with banner in the garden surrounded with a fence next to a flowering tree with an orange-coloured orange as symbol for the Royal Family (Princess of Orange) The banner with the text:
‘T IS ORANJE, ‘T BLIJFT ORANJE(It is Orange, it will stay Orange.) and 31 Januari 1938. BEATRIX .  The edge of the with floral swags decorated rim orange-coloured,
