The center of the tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with a man on a ladder pinking apples and a woman carrying a basket with apples.
In the rim with stylized motifs and the text:
*HET EINDE KROONT HET WERK* & under *1932* (The end crowned the work.)
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  -  ROYAL DELFT
DELFT - HOLLAND   &   BB = 1932

Two painters worked on this plate:
Painter’s initials: JL = Jan Willem Lispet.
Employment dates: August 9th, 1887 - 1938
Painter’s initials: AG = Andreas Petrus Guerrain
Employment dates: June 6th, 1887 - 1938
