The small tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with the Paltrok windmill De Rooie Wip / Gemenewegse Molen (Wipp mill) in Hazerswoude 
from 1639. The rim with stylized holly leaves.
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:
