The tin glazed earthenware plate commemorating the 300 years anniversary of Hugo De Groot publishing of De Jure Belli ac Pacis (On the Law of War and Peace). The plate decorated in shades of blue with in the centre the statue of De Groot in Delft .(1886 by F.L. Stracké) The rim with stylized floral swags and the text:
