Antique Dutch Pewter Platter. Bruxelles - Frans de Leeuw

Marked on the outside of the bottom with two different caster marks. The Crowned Tudorrose with initials F.D.L. & Figure with initials F.D.L. for:
FRANS  DE LEEUW – BRUXELLES.

The Netherlands – Brussel,
Circa 1800 (He worked till 1811.)
