Antique Dutch Early 18th Century Polychrome Delft Figure – The Toaster

A fine Dutch Delft polychrome sitting toasting man. Painted in colours and naturalistically modelled in relief. Wearing a green vest  over yellow breeches, blue socks and black shoes, holding in his left hand a brown beaker in the air and  his right hand  on his black hat ,that rests on his left knee. On his right hanging a black bag, next to his left leg a black wine-jug. Standing on rocaille tripod base in relief.
