The tin glazed earthenware plate commemorating the Golden Jubilee / 50th anniversary of Emma of Waldeck and Pyrmont as Queen (Mother) of the Netherlands and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg and later regent of her daughter Wilhelmina, during the latter’s minority from 1890 - 1918. Decorated in shades of blue with a floral wreath with:
EMMA 1879 - 1829
surrounded on the rim with stylized leaves an orange-coloured Oranges.
