Decorated in shades of blue with two crowned wedding rings with WA & M , surrounded with branches and orange-coloured Apples of Orange and the text:

Surrounded with flowering branches and orange-coloured Apples of Orange. The rim with rotating orange-coloured Apples of Orange. (N.B. Orange = The Royal Family)
