The rare small tin glazed earthenware war plate marking the September 1938 Munich Peace Conference to avoid war between Nazi-Germany and the other European countries. The peace expected as the result of the signing of the agreement, was hailed by the British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain as "Peace in our Time, but 11 months later Germany invaded Poland. Decorated in shades of blue with a standing sword surrounded by two branches with berries with the dates.
