The tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with the Dutch Crown and W R =  Wilhelmina Regina &1914 - 1919 -  Door wijsheid, kracht & rede - Bewaarde zij den vrede.  (Through wisdom, strength and reason , she kept the  peace.) The rim with the Apples of Orange (= Royal Family)
