The rectangular tin glazed earthenware plaques decorated in shades of blue with a perched bird on a flowering plant, surrounded with floral and geometric motifs.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:

DELFT - HOLLAND  1919  &  AO  = 1919
Painter’s initals: PF =  Pieter Cornelis Marinus de Fouw.
Employment dates:  1883 – 1931.

Impressed mark: Joost Thooft & La Bouchere in a circle
