The tin glazed earthenware plaque decorated in shades of blue with a Dutch landscape with a channel with Dutch brown sailing vessels between houses and trees. 
Under right: naar F.J. du Chattel.  After a painting by Fredericus Jacobus van Rossum du Chattel. (Leiden 1856 - 1917 Yokohama – Japan.)
He painted a lot near the river Vecht in the state Utrecht. Surrounded on the rim with stylized flowers and leaves.
On the top the pierced rimmed hanger.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  -  ROYAL DELFT
DELFT - HOLLAND  &   AW  = 1927
