The tin glazed earthenware large plate decorated in in the late 17th century “Famille Noire” tradition, with flowering prunus branches in white and yellow using the 
short - lived Black Scratch technique, which is far less common.
Signed on the back in underglaze black with

DELFT - HOLLAND  &  CJ  = 1965
