Rare Vintage Dutch Polychrome Royal Delft Hand Painted Sanders Plate 1976 - State Noord-Holland.

The small, rimmed tin glazed earthenware plate is decorated in multi-colours with the coat of arms of the State Noord-Holland, surrounded with floral swags.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue with:
