Dutch Polychrome Royal Delft Hand Painted Plaque with Flowerinf Plants and Birds - 1990.

The tin glazed earthenware plaque decorated in colours  with two birds and flowering plants in a circle and surmounted with rotating panels with stylized flowers.

Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
