The tin glazed earthenware plaque with a nice pierced hanger on the top, decorated in colours with two birds and flowering plants in a roundel and surmounted with rotating panels with stylized flowers.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  -  ROYAL DELFT
DELFT - HOLLAND  &  AR  =  1922

Painter’s initials: VL = Theodorus Antonius Bernardus van Lingen
Employment dates: 28 March 1893 -1945.
