The large rectangular Delft memorial majolica cloisonné tile decorated in colours with a Dutch Brown Sailing vessel in turbulent waves with in the sail the crowned coat of arms of the Kingdom Netherlands and
JE MAINTIENDRAI.  (Ik zal hand haven / I will survive.)
In the top of the mast banner with the colours of the Dutch flag and In the top a banderol with:
WILHELMINA KONINGIN. (Queen.) 1898 – 1948.
50 Years anniversary as Queen and in September 1948 is the abdication of Queen Wilhelmina.
Marked on the back with the impressed factory mark for:

DELFT - HOLLAND - ANNO 1948
