The square maiolica cloisonné tile decorated in colours with the coat of arms of the city The Haque, the city of the Dutch government, surrounded with a laurel wreath & ROTTERDAM on a white coloured base.
On the back with the impressed mark for:

DELFT – HOLLAND   -   Circa 1920.
