The square cloisonné tile decorated in colours with a tower windmill decoration in a Dutch landscape.
The Grafelijke Korenmolen of Zeddam is a a so called tower mill in Zeddam, state Gelderland in the Netherlands, which has been restored to working order. The mill may have been built before 1441, making it the oldest windmill in existence in the Netherlands
Marked on the back with the impressed factory mark for: 

DE  PORCELEYNE  FLES - ROYAL DELFT

DELFT - HOLLAND - Circa 1940.
