Rare Large Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Beaker Vase with a Romantic Riverside - 1903

The tin glazed earthenware beaker vase decorated in shades of blue with a Romantic Dutch landscape in a cartouche and surrounded with flowering plants. 
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  - ROYAL DELFT 
DELFT - HOLLAND  &  Y  = 1903
Also impressed mark for JT & L (J. Thooft & Labouchere.)
Two painters worked on the painting on clay.
Painter: VP  = Petrus Franciscus Vreeswijk
Employment dates: 19 Oct. 1885 - 1934.
Painter: AG  = Andreas Petrus Guerain
Employment dates: Jun.6th 1887 - 1938
