Signed under the domed base in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES - ROYAL DELFT 
DELFT - HOLLAND  &  R  = 1896
Painter’s initials: JR   = possible  Leonardus Johannes Rupp
Employment dates: April 1895 – 12 Oct 1901
Impressed mark: JT & L for Joost Thooft & La Bouchere.
