Rare Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Wall Charger. Landscape after Sande Bakhuijzen - 1890. SOLD


The hand painted  tin glazed earthenware charger decorated in shades of blue in the centre with a female shepherd with sheep on a road surrounded  with trees and farmers buildings on the left. Under right:  naar v.d. Sande Bakhuijzen. After a painting by: Hendrikus van de Sande Bakhuijzen. (The Hague  1795 - 1860.) The rim with stylized flowers and leaves. Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:

Impressed  mark: Joost Thooft & La Bouchere in a circle.
