Rare Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Breakfast Plate - 1916

The tin glazed earthenware rimmed Breakfast Plate decorated in shades of blue within the center a windmill (Bovenkruier) in a Dutch landscape in a roundel. 
The rim decorated with stylized floral and geo-metric motifs. 
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES -  ROYAL DELFT
DELFT  -  HOLLAND  &  AL  = 1916

Two painters worked on the plate.
Painter’s initials: VR = Augustinus Eugene Virgile Roggeveen.
Employment dates:  1892 - 1945.    
Painter’s initials: VB  = Willem Alexander Karel Hendrik Frederik van Baarsel.
Employment dates:  June 30th 1893 - 1948.
