Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Plaque with Sailing Vessels - 1981

The tin glazed earthenware plaque decorated in shades of blue with Dutch brown sailing vessels on a waterfront. The rim decorated with stylized flowers in rotating panels.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
