Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Charger / Wall Plate with Paltrok Windmill - 1972

The rimmed tin glazed earthenware charger decorated in shades of blue with a Paltrok windmill (Wip mill) with a Dutch water landscape in a roundel. The rim decorated with stylized floral motifs in rotating panels.
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:
