The tin glazed earthenware rimmed charger decorated in shades of blue with a windmill in Wijk bij Duurstede on the Rhine river about 1668, after an oil painting by J.van RUYSDAEL. (Nowadays collection Rijksmuseum Amsterdam.)
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES  -  ROYAL  DELFT 
DELFT - HOLLAND  &   CU = 1975.
