Blue & White Royal Delft Wall Charger. The Laughing Cavalier after Frans Hals - 1954. SOLD


The tin glazed earthenware rimmed charger decorated in shades of blue with a portrait of a merchant, known as De Lachende Cavalier after Frans Hals (Nowadays Wallace Collection London, 183 x 67,6 cm.) The rim decorated with floral motifs.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
