Antique Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Hand Painted Rimmed Plate - 1923

The tin glazed earthenware rimmed plate decorated in shades of blue with a flowering peony on rockwork. The rim with rotating panels with stylized flowers.
Signed on the back in underglaze blue for:
