The tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with a Windmill in a Dutch water landscape. The rim decorated with stylized floral motifs.
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:
DE PORCELEYNE FLES - ROYALDELFT 
DELFT - HOLLAND & AH = 1912.
Painter’s initials:  VB = Willem Alexander Karel Hendrik Frederik van Baarsel.           
Employment dates: June 1893 - 1944/45.
