The center of the tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with a swimming swan cleaning his feathers under tree branches a in a Dutch landscape. The rim decorated under with two stylized flowers and in the top the text:
NU WEER MET MOED, DE TOEKOMST TEGEMOET & below 1937.
