Small Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Commemorative Plate Birth of Prince Johan Friso 1968

The center of the small  tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with two helmets and the text:

The second son of crown-princess Beatrix and Prince Claus.(1968-2013)
The border with rotating stylized floral motifs .
