The tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue in the center with a wintry street view with the Oldenhove Tower in Leeuwarden, the capital of the state Friesland, and the Christmas Star in the sky.
In the bottom the text Kerstmis 1962 (Christmas.)
The rim with stylized holly, flowers and red berries.
