The tin glazed earthenware plate commemorating the abdication of Queen Beatrix 2013. Decorated in shades of blue with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Surrounded with scrolling foliage and the orange – coloured Apples of Orange and the text:
Beatrix 30 April 1980 – 30 April 2013.
Surrounded with rotating panels with stylized flowers and the orange-coloured Apples of Orange. (N.B. Orange = The Royal Family)
