The center of the tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with the medieval 14th century city gate Koppelpoort in Amersfoort in theb winter 
The rim with stylized flowers.
Signed on the bottom in underglaze blue for:

This 14h Century building the Koppelpoort has nis name from “couple” a double-gate with the double arches. One for road traffic with pedestrians and wagons, the other for the canal traffic with small boats
