Dutch Blue & White Royal Delft Crisis Plate - 1933. Woedt de Storm Ook Nog zo Fel. SOLD


The center ot the tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in  shades of blue with a harbour front with Dutch brown sailing vessels and trees in stormy weather & the date 1933.  In the rim the text: AL WOEDT DE STORM OOK NOG ZOO FEL -  TOCH BRENGT HIJ ONS IN ’T EIND HERSTEL ( Despite the ferocity of the storm  in the end it brings us recovery.)

Only 800 Plates were produced.
