BLIJFT WAAKZAAM (Remain alert) & under the date 1916. The rim with the orange coloured patriotic Apples of Orange. (Royal family)

Painter: VHD = Jacobus B.J. van de Horst.
Employment dates: July 1883 - March 1918.
