The tin glazed earthenware plate decorated in shades of blue with a balance, a sword and a lawbook with LEX.( LEX = Law ) & IN  AFWACHTING  1919(In Expectation.) The rim with the orange coloured Patriotic Apples of Orange  (= Dutch Royal Family.)
