Antique Dutch Pewter 2 Deciliter Measure Anno 1900. Leeuwarden = J.C. Hempenius

On the handle the  inscription 2  DECILITER = 20 centiliter. Marked on the outside of the bottom with the caster mark for 

J.C. Hempenius in Leeuwarden. (Capital State Friesland.)

Under the rim circa 14 verification marks, starting with k for 1900 (latest = 1927).

Mark verification office 15 = Leeuwarden.
