The rectangular top above a geometrically inlaid frieze with carved foliage scrolls in the corners. On ring turned baluster legs and block–and-ball feet joined by an X – shaped stretcher, party inlaid with ebony bands. Table can be extended on both short sides.
Castle Eerde near Ommen in the state Overijsel in the Netherlands. Owned by the parents of Derk van Lynden (1670-1711) married in 1694 with Anna Wilhelmina Bentinck until 1948 in the collection of Baron van Pallandt.
