Antique Dutch 18th Century Polychrome Delft Panier Fleuris Plate. De Dissel.

Painted in colours with a central flower basket within a shaped cartouche, surrounded with five rotating panels decorated en suite divided with light blue ground scrolled borders, the edge dark brown. Marked on the back in underglaze brown with a D  for:  
“ De DISSEL.”
