The oblong cartouche shaped tin glazed faience Dutch Delft wall plaque decorated in shades of blue with in the center a landscape with village and a basket maker with dog and flying birds, within a raised shaped border with sttylized motifs and four cartouches with flowering plants and a pierced hanger in the top.
