Antique Spanish 17th Century Brass Capstand / Bell Base Candlestick.

The brass stick is cast in two pieces. The round profiled drum-form base with the drip-pan and the top with the stem with the baluster shaped nozzle with two holes. The upper part of the stem has a pin with screw, which is connected to the base.
The bottom of the base with the turning work.
