The brass pricket candlesticks, a so called “Scheibenleuchter“ with a large drip-pan centered by an iron pricket above a ring-turned shaft with three knobs and a spreading base. Prickets not original. With a nice dark patine.
South- Germany, circa 1500 - 1530
Period: Late Gothic.
Height: 29,5 cm. (11.6 inches.)
Diam base: 14.2 cm. (5.6 inches.)
